Frequently asked questions

  • You have not been assigned access to the project. Notify someone who already has access to the project and ask them to add you as a participant.

  • You have not assigned your client access to the project. To assign access to projects, click on the pencil icon next to the title in the project menu and select the people that you want to participate in the project.

    Can't find the person in the list? Read below.

  • If you know that the person is an active user but still does not appear in the list where you add project participants, then he or she probably has not been assigned access to that agency or client. Once the person has access, they are available in the list.

    If you belong to the agency, navigate to the Admin Panel and assign client access by clicking the pen icon next to that person. If you need to assign several people at the same time, we suggest that you navigate to the client list, in the Admin Panel, instead. Click on the pencil symbol next to the client – in the list that appears, select the users who should have access.

    If the missing person belongs to the client account, admin at the client needs to assign agency access.

    If you belong to the marketing team, navigate to the Admin Panel and assign agency access by clicking the pen icon next to that person

    Agency access is only listed if the account is linked to multiple agencies. If there is only one (1) connection – then your projects are listed instead – i.e. that you assign project access directly.

    If the missing person belongs to the agency, admin at the agency needs to assign client access.

  • Do you get the error message "The password reset token is invalid" when you try to register? Then your link has expired. For security reasons, the invitation is valid for 4 days. Notify the sender and request a re-invitation.

  • If you want to quickly invite a colleague to your own team, click the plus icon next to "My Team" in the dashboard. Alternatively, navigate to the Admin Panel and click on “Invite User”.

    If you want to invite a user to a client, navigate to Admin Panel > Clients and click on “Invite User” which is available next to each client in the list.

  • You can only remove users who belong to your own team. Navigate to the Admin Panel and click on the pen icon next to that person and hit the delete button.

  • Do you get the error message "This email is already taken" when you try to invite a new user? This is because that email already belongs to an existing account.

    Each account is identified by an email address. If the person has several roles and needs to manage several accounts in parallel, then he or she needs a unique email address for each account.

    If the person does not have several email accounts, he or she can apply for a prooferhive email. It is easy to manage since all email notifications and other things are forwarded to the person's regular email address.

  • If your upload is stuck and not finished uploading within 15 minutes, first try to delete the file and upload it again. If this does not work, please contact our support and email the file(s) to prooferhive@wobot.se.

    NOTE! If it concerns uploading a new version where important comments already exist – then it is not recommended to delete the file, as comments and history will be lost.

  • Each comment is a receipt. Therefore, you have 60 seconds to edit a comment when published. A notification is then sent out to project participants who can read the comment.

  • ProoferHive supports the most common file types when it comes to images, documents and video. See list of specific file formats below.
