As an agency, you can invite an unlimited number of clients and an unlimited number of client users – at no extra cost. ProoferHive meets all needs, whether the collaboration is about campaigns, videos, catalogs or occasional jobs - big or small.

All projects are completely private between your team and each client.

How to add a new client

On the home page, you will find your client list "Clients". Click the plus button (+) at the top of the list (or go to Admin panel > Clients and click Add client). Enter the client's name and assign those in your team who will work with the client.

Then, invite one or more users to the client (There needs to be at least one administrator, who can also invite other colleagues to their team).

You choose when client users should join the projects.
