Invite all of your creative partners for collaboration in ProoferHive

As a marketer, it is common to invest in creative services from several actors with different skills – Invite and collaborate with all your creative partners from one central platform, whether it is an advertising-, in-house-, event- or design agency to name a few examples. But also photographer, animator, illustrator or other similar companies can be invited as an "agency". They are assigned a free version but can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

All projects are completely private between your team and each agency. If it is necessary for several agencies to collaborate in your projects, you can of course create such a grouped agency.

How to invite another agency

On the home page, you will find your agency list "Agencies". Click the plus button (+) at the top of the list (or go to Admin panel > Agencies and click Invite agency). Enter the name and email address of the person at the agency who will receive the invitation, this person can invite the remaining colleagues to their team.
