News: updated project menu

We've moved the pen (edit project), redesigned a bunch of buttons, and added a project description text field.

The new text field has several advantages, the project creator can enter a short text or paste a longer predefined description. The latter is usually written in a separate document, which many so far choose to upload in the project.

Regardless of which method you choose at the moment, all instructions are available to all participants of the project. The advantage of an uploaded document (word file, pdf) is that the team can highlight, comment and discuss details, which, among other things, can clarify questions and minimize misunderstandings.

In other words, ProoferHive's easy-to-use marking tools are used in the clarification of the brief, a procedure similar to a proofreading process.

Back to the project description text field. Although, it doesn't necessarily have to be a project description. It could be a statement of intent. Express the level of ambition or highlight which deadline applies. If it is a project that is similar to others, then it is sufficient to describe the difference here.

About the buttons in the menu: new look, same great features.

Project description is entered in the new text field found in the modal where you create or edit projects, it can be adjusted anytime via edit project (button with pen icon) which is now grouped with the other buttons in the project menu.
