Are you juggling too many tasks?

Juggle many tasks at once in ProoferHive.

Where in the project are we right now? Who's turn is it?

When you and your team are collaborating in ProoferHive, everyone will get full control and an unrivaled overview. The status icons with their different color signals and the built-in hierarchy that allows you to immediately discover what concerns you, meaning that you will always find the current action without looking.

Thanks to this, you can handle many simultaneous projects without losing control. Let us explain how this works.

How individual file status affects the project in proofing software ProoferHive.

The status of individual files affects the status color of the tab, and further to the color of the project folder, which is also made visible on your home page.

The creative team need to capture all of the client's requests for changes. When a file is marked red (which means that a request for change has been made) in a project, your color palette will change. If you are currently dashboard/home page of ProoferHive, this "client" of yours will be marked in red. If you click on it, you will see which project it concerns, as the project folder will also be marked in red. Open the project and you will immediately see which tab has turned red and which file or files within this tab that has the red status (request for change).

Follow the red thread to find the file where the client has requested a change.

If the tab contains a file with red status, it will be easy to find. Just follow the red thread.

On the client's side however, it is the opposite. Of course, each individual file and unit has its current status color regardless of your role, but as a client/reviewer/marketer/, it is the yellow status that are made visible in a corresponding way (file > tab > project > agency).

The client follows the yellow thread to find files that are ready for review.

Same scenario, but a yellow thread for the the reviewer.

Yellow status means that the file needs to be reviewed. It's either a completely new uploaded file or simply a new version of an existing file - which means you need to review the changes that was requested in the previous version. If you have not already opened and looked at a file in review mode, then notice (in the project view) a small blue dot indicating that it is "new" to you.

As if this was not enough. ProoferHive will also send out notifications that tell you what has happened and what needs to be done. You can control your personal notification settings and choose what kind of notifications should come to your email inbox and what kind of notifications should pop-up as on-site notifications in your ProoferHive account.
