How to deal with many comments

To avoid a tedious process when going through multiple pinned comments – start by activate "Hide pins" at the bottom left. Then, in the activity feed to right – click on each pin (one by one) in order to view one comment at a time. If any adjustments are ok, simply mark the pin as resolved and it will turn green.
