New feature: Add and remove existing projects from your list

As an administrator, you can now add and remove yourself as a participant in existing projects. Click on the plus sign at the top of the project list and select "Browse", all active projects for the selected client or agency will be listed.

For example, this feature can come in handy when you want to:

  • Find projects that you don't initially have access to

  • Resume access to project

  • Overview of all projects - which projects do you have access to and not

  • Join projects permanently, or temporarily to assist non-administrative colleagues who needs access

  • Clear out older projects to free up storage space

  • A new colleague (admin) can easily add projects themselves

  • If someone in the team is sick, others can jump in and support

  • Minimize your project list by leaving the projects you're done with

If you (as an agency admin) are missing a client in your client list, you first need to gain access to that client, which is done in the admin panel – click on your name at the top right of ProoferHive, select "Admin panel". In the list for you and your team, click on the "pen symbol" to the right of your name.

If you (as a client admin) are missing an agency or other creative partners in your agency list, then do the equivalent of what is described for the Agency admin above. Instead of clients, all your agencies are listed and you can easily mark the ones you need access to.

Remember that the technology is intended to support your processes. It is only you as users who can establish regulations yourself and determine mutual role distribution. What determines who is responsible for what and which project participants will do what and when - or not do.

As mentioned, this feature is accessed by those assigned the admin role. Editors and Reviewers do not. An employee with the Admin role can change the authorization role for participants in their own team if needed.
