Who or whom do you want to collaborate with?
For those of you who have just created an agency account and are thinking about how you can structure your team and connect other project participants.
The basic arrangement in ProoferHive is that one team creates content and upload media to a project, while the other team provides feedback and final approvals.
When you start a project, you choose who will participate, but you can also choose to invite certain participants at later times, for example at the final approval or at another chosen milestone on the road. ProoferHive allows several ways to work step by step when multiple people with different roles are to review.
Structure your teams according to your needs.
If you are the only producer and have several clients to review, or vice versa if you are a creative team working towards one reviewing coordinator, it does not matter to the platform. You choose freely. Both in the team lists that you create and then for each individual project.
Send email links to external reviewers.
If you or your client need to involve external reviewers (temporary reviewers with no account), simply send an email link. These persons are invited to selected parts of the project and enter at the click of a button. Read more about Share.
Start projects without participants
It is not uncommon for a project manager or coordinator to start and structure a project but wait to invite participants until it is time for the project team to start.
However, when a person on the "client side" starts a project, they also need to select at least one participant on the "agency side". (As they manage the server space).
When inviting participants
When activating project participants, an invitation is sent via e-mail with a link to the project. This also applies to people who are invited later in the project.
